In relation to the guarantee of the products, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 grants goods of a durable nature a legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery. The consumer and user must inform Bocca della Verità , SL of the lack of conformity within two months of being aware of it.
In case of defective product, Bocca della Verità , SL will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.
It does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, use or improper manipulations, unsuitable tension, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when appropriate, or materials subject to wear due to normal use.
Even in the event that the legal guarantee does not work in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, Bocca della Verità , SL will make available to all its customers, without a time limit, whether or not they are final consumers, spare parts for those items manufactured under its brand such as coffee makers.
